HOW DOES A TRAVEL CLUB WORK?
Plan a meeting at your convenience with your traveling friends. One of our travel advisors will set up a time to Zoom with your group and answer your questions. Then, pick a place you would like to visit, when you want to go, and what intrigues you about that location. We will create a suggested itinerary based on your interests – historical, cultural, adventures, etc. – and present it to you for review.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN CREATE A TRAVEL CLUB?
Because we specialize in small and large group travel, your club status begins with only 12 people and has no maximum, although we recommend trips not exceed 40 travelers.
CAN WE TRAVEL TO ANY DESTINATION?
The benefit of a club status with Travel Planners 4 U is that we are in constant contact with our guides and host agencies in each country to make sure the destination you want is safe and available. Then we provide that information to you. We would never suggest a location where safety is questionable.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CREATE A TRAVEL CLUB?
Our club price is $125 per person per year. This price provides all of the benefits mentioned. Each traveler will receive exclusive Travel Planners 4 U travel amenities (these vary depending on where you are traveling) but may include items like cell phone chargers, electric converters, luggage tags and handle wraps, notebook and pen, and other things to make your travel experience more convenient.
