Today we depart on our Israel Voluntourism Experience from USA to Tel Aviv, Israel.
Day 2: Tuesday, October 21, 2025
Upon arrival at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport our Israeli host will assist us with the transfer of our luggage. We will meet our guide, board our deluxe motor coach, and drive to our hotel. We may be able to attend a Geopolitical Seminar presentation by Neil Lasarus at 8:30 pm, depending on flight arrival times. The seminar is optional for those choosing to attend. Overnight is at the Prima City Hotel in Tel Aviv.
Day 3: Wednesday, October 22, 2025
After breakfast at the hotel, we will spend the morning volunteering at a packing facility in Be’erotayim. We will work in the greenhouse and the packing house to sort and pack fruits and vegetables (avocado, lobella cherry, strawberry, bell peppers, baby cucumbers, etc.) for the people of Gaza. After lunch we will volunteer at Leket in the largest food distribution center, Logistic Center, in Gan Haim. Afterward, we will drive back to Tel Aviv where we will view the “Wall of Hope” street murals in Tel Aviv’s Florentine neighborhood. We will have time to walk around the Florentine Market before returning to the Prima City Hotel in Tel Aviv for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Thursday, October 23, 2025
After breakfast at the hotel we will spend the morning volunteering at a kibbutz. Specific tasks will be identified upon arrival and may include agriculture. After lunch we will assist with service projects to give back to the community. The specific area to be determined. We will then drive back to Tel Aviv for dinner and overnight at the Prima City Hotel.
Day 5: Friday, October 24, 2025
After breakfast at the hotel we will visit the “Families of Hostages” Plaza where we will meet family members of those kidnapped on October 7th. We will have the opportunity to express our support and solidarity to these families. Afterward we will drive to Jerusalem where we will spend time sorting and packing items for Holocaust survivors, soldiers, and people in need. After lunch we will visit the Garden Tomb, believed by many to be the garden and sepulcher of Joseph of Arimathea and possible site of resurrection of Jesus. We will observe communion for those that wish to participate. We will then walk through the Old City of Jerusalem and welcome Shabbat at the Western Wall (Kotel). We will then have some free time at the ancient market in the Christian Quarter before dinner and overnight at the Prima Kings Hotel in Jerusalem.
Shabbat Shalom!
Day 6: Saturday, October 25, 2025
After breakfast at the hotel we will visit the Mt of Olives for a breathtaking view of Jerusalem before driving to the Galilee region. We will stop at the ancient city and archeological site of Sussita on the slopes of the Golan Heights. After lunch we will visit Gamla (City on a Hill) and see the largest and oldest synagogue in the Galilee. We will then enjoy Israeli home hospitality and dinner on the Cliffs of Gadara at the home of Omer Eshel, CEO of The Bible Comes to Life. Overnight will be at the beautiful Afik Kibbutz in the Golan Heights.
Day 7: Sunday, October 26, 2025
After breakfast at the Kibbutz we will visit Capernaum and see the well-preserved ruins, including a first-century synagogue, on the Sea of Galilee. Next, we will visit the Mt of Beatitudes, a traditional spot for the Sermon on the Mount. We will hear the Beatitudes in both Hebrew and English. We will enjoy a delicious fish lunch and then sail on the Sea of Galilee before driving back to Tel Aviv. We will stop at Achim L’aChayim for inspiring stories of wounded IDF veterans.
